Notes under a status

These can appear on any status, because they're worth knowing even when nothing is due:

  • Filed late: the latest audit was accepted after the usual deadline. It may have had an extension.
  • Going concern doubt, material weakness or material noncompliance in the financial statements, or an opinion that isn't unmodified.
  • Earlier audit: the audit before the latest has findings on your award and no recorded decision, and was accepted in the past 12 months.
A status is a prompt to look, not a conclusion about anyone. Read the audit and use your own judgment.
